Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Presenting India, we understand that travel plans may change. Our aim is to be transparent and fair when it comes to cancellations or changes in bookings.


 1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 30 days before tour start:
    You may cancel your booking by written request. Minimal service charges may apply.

  • 15 to 30 days before tour start:
    Cancellation charges may be up to 50% of the package value (to cover vendor commitments).

  • Less than 15 days before tour start:
    Cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as arrangements are already made with hotels and transport providers.

  • No-show or last-minute absence:
    100% of the package cost will be forfeited.


 2. Date Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your tour at least 15 days prior to departure.

    • Subject to availability and additional vendor charges (if any).


 3. Non-Refundable Components

Some services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Advance hotel or vehicle bookings

  • Government fees (if any)

  • Festival season or peak-time packages


 4. How to Cancel or Modify

All requests must be made in writing to:
